‘Hindtex Industries’ is a Proprietorship company dealing in manufacturing of textile machinery which was established in the year of 1995 and successfully run by Mr. G.Nandagopal. He is a technically skilled person who had been working in the field of textile (weaving) from the year 1967. Mr. G.Nandagopal has been lauded by his previous companies by which he was sent to West Germany for undergoing training in Warp tying machine (weaving machinery) during the year 1979. After his Return to INDIA due to his keen interest, hard work, and determination in serving the textile weaving industry with better and quality product which everyone can afford also meet international standard and for betterment of nation drived Mr. G.Nandagopal to start his own organization in the name of HINDTEX INDUSTRIES to manufacture the Warp tying machine and other textile weaving machineries in INDIA.

Model XL/1
Sheet-to-Sheet Type
Designed for coarse to fine cotton yarns ranging from 6s to 80s, both high and low twisted. A simple, economical, and user-friendly machine that is easy to operate and maintain.
Model XL/2
Lease-to-Lease Type
Ideal for pattern work and compatible with sized or unsized twisted synthetic yarns. Equipped with a controlled thread tensioner, it allows tying of various yarn counts within a single warp.
Model XL/3
Universal Knotting Machine
Features an interchangeable tying unit for unmatched versatility—suitable for extra coarse to fine yarn counts. Supports both lease-to-lease and sheet-to-sheet operations and accommodates all types of natural and synthetic fibers. Includes a controlled thread tensioner and stubbing motion (knock-off system). Machine movement can be adjusted based on warp density.

Tying Frame
Our tying frames are built with high-strength extruded aluminum alloy sections, ensuring rigidity and reliability during operation. Available sizes range from 60 cm to 380 cm. Twin-frame models are also available for widths up to 760 cm. All frames are fully adjustable—both vertically and horizontally—for maximum flexibility and ease of use.
